Pre-Existing Condition. A condition: (a) Which was diagnosed by a physician prior to the effective date of the policy or its reinstatement; or (b) For which medical advice or treatment was recommended by or received from a physician prior to the effective date of the policy or its reinstatement; or (c) For which any symptom and/or sign, if presented to a physician prior to the effective date of the policy would have resulted in the diagnosis of an illness or medical condition.
