Common use of Pre-Existing License Agreements Clause in Contracts

Pre-Existing License Agreements. Any software product provided to Customer by MSP as a reseller for a third party, which is licensed to Customer under a separate software license agreement with such third party (such agreement, an “SLA”), will continue to be governed by the SLA. The fulfillment of the services will not relieve or alter the obligations or responsibilities of either Party or of any third party in regard to the software product licensed under the SLA.
