Common use of Pre-Existing License Agreements Clause in Contracts

Pre-Existing License Agreements. Any software Product provided to Client by MID as a wholesaler, channel partner or reseller for a third party, which is licensed to Client under a separate software license agreement with such third party (such agreement, an “SLA”), will continue to be governed by the SLA. The fulfillment of the obligations under the MCA will not relieve or alter the obligations or responsibilities of either party (or of any third party) in regard to the software product licensed under the SLA.
