Common use of Pre-Funding Account and Capitalized Interest Account Clause in Contracts

Pre-Funding Account and Capitalized Interest Account. (a) On the Startup Day, the Trustee will deposit, on behalf of the Owners, the Group I Original Pre-Funded Amount and the Group II Original Pre-Funded Amount in the Pre-Funding Account from the proceeds of the sale of the Certificates and on the Startup Day, the Trustee shall deposit, on behalf of the Owners, the Group I Capitalized Interest Deposit and the Group II Capitalized Interest Deposit in the Capitalized Interest Account from the proceeds of the sale of the Certificates.

Pre-Funding Account and Capitalized Interest Account. (a) On the Startup Day, the Trustee will deposit, on behalf of the Owners, Owners of the Group I Original Pre-Funded Amount Certificates and the Group II Original Pre-Funded Amount Certificate Insurer, (i) in the Pre-Funding Account from (A) the proceeds of Original Group I Pre-Funded Amount and (B) the sale of Original Group II Pre-Funded Amount and (ii) in the Certificates and on Capitalized Interest Account, (A) the Startup Day, the Trustee shall deposit, on behalf of the Owners, the Original Group I Capitalized Interest Deposit and (B) the Original Group II Capitalized Interest Deposit in the Capitalized Interest Account from the proceeds of the sale of the CertificatesDeposit.

(a) On the Startup Day, the Trustee will deposit, on behalf of the Owners, Owners of the Group I Original Pre-Funded Amount Class A Certificates and the Group II Original Pre-Funded Amount Certificate Insurer, (i) in the Pre-Funding Account the Original Group I Pre-Funded Amount from the proceeds of the sale of the Fixed Rate Certificates and on (ii) the Startup Day, the Trustee shall deposit, on behalf of the Owners, the Group I Capitalized Interest Deposit and the Original Group II Capitalized Interest Deposit in the Capitalized Interest Account Pre- Funded Amount from the proceeds of the sale of the Class A-8 Certificates.
