Pre-Funding Account and Capitalized Interest Account. (a) On the Startup Day, the Trustee will deposit, on behalf of the Owners of the Class A Certificates and the Certificate Insurer, (i) in the Pre-Funding Account (A) the Original Fixed Rate Group Pre-Funded Amount from the proceeds of the sale of the Fixed Rate Certificates and (B) the Original Adjustable Rate Group Pre-Funded Amount from the proceeds of the sale of the Class A-6 Certificates and (ii) in the Capitalized Interest Account , (A) the Original Fixed Rate Group Capitalized Interest Deposit, from the sale of the Fixed Rate Certificates and (B) the Original Adjustable Rate Group Capitalized Interest Deposit from the sale of the Class A-6 Certificates.
