Common use of Pre-Production Clause in Contracts

Pre-Production. LWI will store at the expense of CLIENT any CLIENT Materials, equipment or other property delivered pursuant to the Statement of Work to the Facility by CLIENT more than [*] prior to the Commencement Date. The storage rates will be set forth in the Statement of Work and may be amended from time to time by LWI. No storage fees will be charged during the period starting [*] prior to the Commencement Date and ending upon the expiration or termination of the Production Term.
