Common use of Pre-Production Clause in Contracts

Pre-Production. LONZA will store at the expense of CLIENT any CLIENT Materials, equipment or other property delivered pursuant to the Statement of Work to the Facility by CLIENT more than [***] prior to the Commencement Date. The storage rates will be set forth in the Statement of Work [***]. No storage fees will be charged during the period starting [***] prior to the Commencement Date and ending upon completion of the manufacturing of the applicable Product.
