Pre-Publication Approval. Prior to publication of the Listing, NHPA will provide to Customer a copy of the proposed Listing for approval. If Customer does not approve, reject, or request modification of the proposed Listing within ten (10) days of NHPA providing the proposed Listing to Customer, Customer will be deemed to have approved the proposed Listing.
