Common use of Preadvice of Payment Clause in Contracts

Preadvice of Payment. The relevant Issuer shall procure that the bank through which the payment to the Issuing and Paying Agent required by sub-Clause 4.1 is to be made shall irrevocably confirm to the Issuing and Paying Agent by authenticated SWIFT message no later than 3.00 p.m. (local time in the city of the Issuing and Paying Agent’s specified office) on the second Business Day before the due date for any such payment that it will make such payment.

Preadvice of Payment. The relevant Issuer shall procure that the bank bank, through which the payment to the Issuing and Paying Agent required by sub-Clause 4.1 is to be made made, shall irrevocably confirm to the Issuing and Paying Agent Agent, by tested fax or authenticated SWIFT message no later than 3.00 p.m. 10.00 a.m. (local time in the city of the Issuing and Paying Agent’s 's specified office) on the second Business Day before the due date for any such payment payment, that it will make such payment.

Preadvice of Payment. The relevant Issuer Relevant Issuer, failing whom, (in the case of Guaranteed Notes) the Guarantor, shall procure that the bank through which the payment to the Issuing and Paying Agent required by sub-Clause 4.1 is to be made shall irrevocably confirm to the Issuing and Paying Agent by authenticated SWIFT message no later than 3.00 p.m. (local time in the city of the Issuing and Paying Agent’s specified office) on the second Business Day before the due date for any such payment that it will make such payment.

The relevant Issuer shall procure that the bank through which the payment to the Issuing and Paying Agent required by sub-Clause 4.1 (Payment to the Issuing and Paying Agent) is to be made shall irrevocably confirm to the Issuing and Paying Agent by tested telex or authenticated SWIFT message no later than 3.00 p.m. 12 noon (local time in the city of the Issuing and Paying Agent’s 's specified office) on the second third Business Day before the due date for any such payment that it will make such payment.

Preadvice of Payment. The relevant Issuer shall procure that the bank through which the payment to the Issuing and Paying Agent required by sub-Clause 4.1 (Payment to the Issuing and Paying Agent) is to be made shall irrevocably confirm to the Issuing and Paying Agent by authenticated SWIFT message no later than 3.00 p.m. 10.00 a.m. (local time in the city of the Issuing and Paying Agent’s specified office) on the second Business Day before the due date for any such payment that it will has received instructions to make such payment.
