Common use of Preadvice of Payment Clause in Contracts

Preadvice of Payment. The Issuer, failing whom the Guarantor, shall procure that the bank through which the payment to the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent required by Clause 4.1 is to be made shall irrevocably confirm to the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent by facsimile, electronic communication or authenticated SWIFT message no later than 3.00 p.m. (local time in the city of the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent’s specified office) on the second Business Day before the due date for any such payment that it will make such payment.

Preadvice of Payment. The relevant Issuer, failing whom the Guarantorrelevant Guarantor(s), shall procure that the bank through which the payment to the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent required by Clause 4.1 4.14.1 is to be made shall irrevocably confirm to the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent by facsimile, electronic communication facsimile or authenticated SWIFT message no later than 3.00 p.m. (local time in the city of the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent’s specified office) on the second Business Day before the due date for any such payment that it will make such payment.
