Precedence of Agreements and Conflict of Provisions. In the event there should be any conflict or ambiguity created between the provision of this Contract and any Order, Contractor’s work ticket, invoice, statement, published rate schedule or any other type of memoranda, whether written or oral, between Company and Contractor, or subsequent agreements between the Parties dealing with the subject matter as this Contract, the provisions of this Contract shall control unless modified pursuant to the strict application of Section 23 below.
