Common use of Precedence of Documentation Clause in Contracts

Precedence of Documentation. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of the Terms and Conditions and the Schedules, or between any of the Schedules, the conflict shall be resolved according to the following descending order of priority: 1.4.1 the Terms and Conditions, 1.4.2 Schedule 1 (the Specification); 1.4.3 the remaining Schedules, for the avoidance of doubt, in the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Funding Rules, this Agreement will take precedence.
