PRECEDENCE TO OTHER AGREEMENTS. In the event of there being any inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of any other agreement (oral or written) entered into between the PEO and the Student either before or after the making of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail and the terms of such other agreement shall be deemed to be amended to the extent necessary for it to be read as being consistent with this Agreement.
