Common use of Precedential Impact Clause in Contracts

Precedential Impact. This Agreement, and any orders approving or implementing provisions of this Agreement, shall not be construed by any party or tribunal as having precedential impact on any future proceedings involving the Parties, except in a proceeding to enforce the terms and conditions of this Agreement or in proceedings to give effect to matters addressed by this Agreement.
