Preconstruction Submittals Sample Clauses

The Preconstruction Submittals clause requires the contractor to provide specific documents, plans, or samples to the owner or architect before actual construction work begins. These submittals may include schedules, shop drawings, product data, or mock-ups, which are reviewed and approved to ensure compliance with project requirements. By mandating this process, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings, ensures that all parties agree on materials and methods, and reduces the risk of costly changes or delays during construction.
