Predicted Refinery Slate Information. At or before the last Business Day of the Month prior to the delivery Month, Buyer shall provide Seller the “Predicted Refinery Slate”, which shall be Buyer’s estimation of the volumes and Grades of the Cargoes of Oil that are planned to be Delivered to the Refinery in such Month. Seller will update or amend as necessary the Predicted Refinery Slate in accordance with the procedures in Clause 9(b)(iv).
