Preemption Rate Clause Samples

Preemption Rate. Any preemption except those permitted pursuant to Section 1(b), 10 and 12 of the Agreement, will reduce the monthly amount due by the larger of either (i) loss of broadcast revenue to the Programmer from the preemption; or (ii) the monthly payment divided by the monthly number of broadcast hours, times the number of hours preempted.
