PREFERENCE FOR TEXAS PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS. Developer, in securing performance of the Tasks under this Contract, shall purchase or cause the purchase of products and materials produced in Texas when they are available at a price and time comparable to products and materials produced outside Texas.
