Preferences or Other Return Payments. This Guaranty will continue to be effective or be reinstated, as the case may be, if at any time payment under any of the Marriott Agreements is rescinded or must otherwise be restored or returned by Franchisor due to the insolvency, bankruptcy or reorganization of Franchisee or Guarantor, all as though such payment had never been made.
