Preferential Location. That the Vendee has specifically agreed that he/ she/ they shall pay as Preferential Location Charges (PLC) a sum of Rs. calculated at the rate of Rs. /- per sq. ft. (Rs. /- per sq. mtrs.) of Carpet Area for the unit located in the said Aarohan Commercial Tower for a preferentially located Unit. The Vendee agrees that if due to change in layout plan/building plan of the said Aarohan Commercial Tower/Project, the said Unit ceases to be preferentially located or falls under lower category of Preferential Location, then the Vendor shall be liable to refund only the amount or the differential amount of such component of preferential location charges paid by the Vendee without any interest and such refund shall be made/ adjusted in the next installment as stated in the schedule of payments in Annexure-I. If however the Unit becomes preferentially located or falls in the higher category of Preferential Location, which was not at the time of the provisional allotment/ allotment made herein, as the case may be, the Vendee shall be liable to pay such component of the preferential location charges as applicable then and shall be payable along with the next installment.

Preferential Location. THAT the Developers, Apart from basic price, shall fix Preferential location charges (PLC) of the Apartment and if the purchaser opts for booking of any such Apartment, he/she also be liable to pay such additional charges as are fixed for such Preferentially located units. Conversely, if the Apartment opted ceases to be preferentially located, the developers shall adjust the PLC (without interest) paid by the purchaser at the time when the apartment is offered for possession.

  • Other Locations Except in the event of an emergency or of a planned System shutdown, the Fund’s access to services performed by the System or to Data Access Services at the Designated Locations may be transferred to a different location only upon the prior written consent of State Street. In the event of an emergency or System shutdown, the Fund may use any back-up site included in the Designated Configuration or any other back-up site agreed to by State Street, which agreement will not be unreasonably withheld. The Fund may secure from State Street the right to access the System or the Data Access Services through computer and telecommunications facilities or devices complying with the Designated Configuration at additional locations only upon the prior written consent of State Street and on terms to be mutually agreed upon by the parties.

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.) 1.2. The CONTRACTOR must notify the COUNTY in advance and in writing of any location changes to CONTRACTOR’s data center(s) that will process or store County data.
