Preferred Manufacturing Partner Status. The Buyer shall recommend Sony DADC to each of its licensees as its preferred manufacturing partner for supply of Microdroplet Polymer Chips and similar items which are the subject of a license granted by the Buyer to any third party. Upon granting a license to a third party for any Microdroplet Polymer Chip or similar item the Buyer shall refer the grantee to Sony DADC and (if the grantee consents to such disclosure) shall inform Sony DADC of the grant of the license.
