Common use of Preferred Stock Certificates Clause in Contracts

Preferred Stock Certificates. The Company shall have executed and delivered to each Purchaser a stock certificate or certificates (in such denominations as such Purchaser shall request) for the Preferred Shares being purchased by such Purchaser at the Closing.
