PreferredK Service. PreferredK Service (non-operator assisted, direct-dial) is offered to customers, including but not limited to, business customers, for calling to international locations served by VT. This service is designed to be sold by agents of VT. Customers access VT Telecom, Inc. via Equal Access FGD circuits and/or other Switched Access Services. In order to receive PreferredK Service rates, however, the Customer must be entered into the VT billing database prior to utilizing this service. Calls are routed over the Company's transmission and switching facilities to any valid international location serviced by VT.
