PREJUDGEMENT INTEREST. If student violates this agreement and said violation results in a monetary loss to UNCW, then UNCW shall be entitled to prejudgment interest at the highest rate allowed by law, but in no event more than ten percent (10%) per annum, on the amount due UNCW, from the date UNCW mails its written list of damages to student.
