Common use of Prejudgment and Provisional Remedies Clause in Contracts

Prejudgment and Provisional Remedies. Nothing herein will be construed to prevent Administrative Agent's, any Lender's, Borrower's or any Covered Person's use of bankruptcy, receivership, injunction, repossession, replevin, claim and delivery, sequestration, seizure, attachment, foreclosure, or any other prejudgment or provisional action or remedy relating to any Collateral for any current or future debt owed by either party to the other. Any such action or remedy will not waive Administrative Agent's, any Lender's, Borrower's or any Covered Person's right to compel arbitration of any Dispute.
