Prejudgment Remedy Provision. After the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, in the event of any legal action between a Pledgor and the Indenture Trustee hereunder, such Pledgor expressly waives, to the extent permitted by law, any and all rights such Pledgor may have under the law as now constituted or hereafter amended that may constitute a limitation on prejudgment remedies, and the Indenture Trustee may invoke any prejudgment remedy available to it, including garnishment, attachment, foreign attachments and replevin, with respect to the Collateral, to enforce the provisions of this Agreement.
