Promptly after execution of this Settlement Agreement by the Parties, counsel for the Parties shall present this Settlement Agreement to the Court for review and jointly seek entry of an order that certifies the Class as a Settlement Class, grants preliminary approval of this Settlement Agreement, and directs Defendants to provide notice of the Settlement in the manners listed herein.
