Common use of Preliminary Information and Plans Clause in Contracts

Preliminary Information and Plans. Landlord has heretofore delivered to Tenant for use by Tenant and Landlord's architect or engineer, such plan or plans and other information with respect to the Premises and the Building as Tenant may reasonably require for proper and expeditious preparation of Tenant's Layout Plans. Receipt of all such information is hereby acknowledged by Tenant.
