Preliminary Plat. Unless already provided to Buyer under Section 5.1 of this Agreement, prior to submittal to the applicable Governmental Authorities, Seller shall deliver to Buyer, for Buyer’s review, comment, and approval, Seller’s proposed preliminary plat (the “Preliminary Plat”) for each Section of Lots, which Preliminary Plat shall be consistent with the Site Plan except for such changes as are required by Governmental Authorities (subject to the terms of this Section 9) or have been approved by Buyer in writing.
Preliminary Plat. Attached as Schedule D to this Agreement is an approved preliminary plat (the “Preliminary Plat”) showing the Townhome Lot. A final subdivision plat (the “Final Subdivision Plat”) showing the Townhome Lot has not yet been properly approved under the subdivision ordinance or recorded with the Register of Deeds of the county in which the Townhome Lot is located. A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED OR RECORDED ON THE DATE OF THE AGREEMENT. NO GOVERNMENTAL BODY WILL INCUR ANY OBLIGATION TO THE PURCHASER WITH RESPECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT. CHANGES BETWEEN THE PRELIMINARY PLAT AND FINAL SUBDIVISION PLATS ARE POSSIBLE. THE AGREEMENT MAY BE TERMINATED WITHOUT BREACH BY THE PURCHASER IF THE RECORDED FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT DIFFERS IN ANY MATERIAL RESPECT FROM THE PRELIMINARY PLAT.
Preliminary Plat. “PRELIMINARY PLAT” means the preliminary plat approved by the COUNCIL.
Preliminary Plat. A map showing the salient features of a proposed subdivision or land division, as described in Sections 14.23 through 14.32, submitted to the Village for purpose of preliminary consideration prior to all final plats and, when required, prior to all land divisions.
Preliminary Plat. In consideration of a preliminary plat, combined preliminary and final plat, or short plat, the decision-making body shall make the following findings:
Preliminary Plat. (1) Before submitting a final plat for approval, the subdivider shall submit a preliminary plat and such copies thereof as shall be required to the Village Administrator who shall forward the plat to the Planning Commission and to the state and county agencies which are required to review the plat pursuant to Section 236.12, Wisconsin Statutes, unless such agencies have designated local officials to act for them.
Preliminary Plat. A preliminary plat shall be required for all subdivisions and shall be based upon a survey by a registered land surveyor and the plat prepared on tracing cloth or paper of good quality at a scale of not more than one hundred (100’) feet to the inch and shall show correctly on its face the following information:
Preliminary Plat. Sections 4.5 and Section 4.6 of this Agreement are replacing the platting process within the Code. The Project shall follow the process set forth in Sections 4.5 and 4.6 of this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything in the Code to the contrary, the Preliminary Plat for the Property, together with the Preliminary Drainage Plans and the Preliminary Infrastructure Plans shall be submitted at the same time to the City and together shall be deemed to serve as the Preliminary Plat. The Preliminary Drainage Plans and the Preliminary Infrastructure Plans will be used to develop the Public Improvement Construction Plans.
