Preliminary Site Survey. If ACS determines that a site survey is necessary to determine feasibility and/or approval of AFS’ request, ACS shall notify AFS and afford AFS the opportunity to be present at the survey. The preliminary site survey must be completed within fifteen (15) business days of AFS’ request for collocation.
