Premise Licence. The Hall has a premises licence and :- a) this authorises the entertainment and the sale of alcohol at a community event with members of the village hall present. b) For a non-community event, if alcohol is to be sold then the hirers will need to fill in a request form to get the signed permission of the Booking Secretary to apply for a TEN (Temporary Events Notice) from the Local Authority. c) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ must acknowledge they have read the Standard Conditions of Hire and received details regarding safety information. They must also accept responsibility for the management and supervision of the premises during their hire.
Premise Licence a. With the prior consent of the Venue Manager the Hirer may operate under the terms of any Premises Licence in place for the Venue. b. The Hirer will be bound by the terms and conditions of the Premises Licence, a copy of which can be provided to the Hirer.
