Common use of Premises and access Clause in Contracts

Premises and access. You must provide us with complete and uninterrupted access to the Premises to enable the Services to be performed by us and/or for us to attend to the Equipment. If we are unable to access the Premises or complete the Services, we are entitled to charge you the relevant Fees. You warrant to us that the ground surfaces traversed by our vehicles in order to perform the Services or attend to the Equipment are of suitable construction to prevent damage thereto.
