Common use of Premises and Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Premises and Personal Property. The Orthodontic Entity and Orthodontist shall use the Premises and Personal Property for their intended use to minimize the risk of damage, excessive wear and tear, and malfunction or other breakdown of the Premises and Personal Property or any part thereof. The Orthodontic Entity and Orthodontist shall promptly inform Apple in writing of any and all material replacements, repairs or maintenance to any of the Premises or Personal Property and any failures of equipment that they become aware of. The Orthodontic Entity and the Orthodontist shall comply with all covenants and provisions set forth in any leases for the Premises entered into or assumed by Apple and Apple agrees to provide copies of all such leases to the Orthodontic Entity and Orthodontist.
