Premises and Services a) The University agrees to assign housing in Stadium Heights Residence Community under the terms stated in the following documents which are, by reference, made a part of this document.

Premises and Services a. The University agrees to assign housing and food service in one of the residence communities under the terms stated in this Contract and described in the Housing Guidebook, which are, by reference, made a part of this document.
b. The University further agrees that it will provide housing staff in accordance with University policy to provide a living experience that complements the academic interest of the University of Minnesota Duluth.

b) The University further agrees that it will provide housing staff in accordance with university policy to provide a living experience that complements the academic interest of Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Premises and Services a) The University agrees to assign housing in Stadium Heights Residence Community under the terms stated in this Contract and described in the Residential Life Stadium Heights Student Guide, which are, by reference, made a part of this document.
b) The University further agrees that it will provide housing staff in accordance with university policy to provide a living experience that complements the academic interest of Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Premises and Services. 1. The Government undertakes to assist the Secretariat in obtaining suitable premises for its office.
2. The premises of the Secretariat and the living quarters of the Head of the Secretariat shall be inviolable and shall be exempted from house search. Latvian authorities may not gain access to the premises without consent of the Head of the Secretariat. Such consent may, however, be deemed to have been given in the event of an outbreak of fire, or some other severe accident necessitating immediate measures.
3. The archives of the Secretariat, as all other documents, manuscripts, information for computer storage and retrieval, recordings, photographs and films belonging to or held by the Secretariat, shall be inviolable.
4. The Latvian authorities concerned shall take appropriate measures to ensure that the Secretariat obtains access to necessary public services and that these services are provided on the same terms as Latvian residents.

Premises and Services. 1. The Government undertakes to assist the Organisation in obtaining suitable premises for its office and reimburse the Secretariat the costs for office rent. Modalities of reimbursement will be periodically agreed upon by the Parties.
2. The premises of the Secretariat and the living quarters of the Director shall be inviolable and shall be exempt from house search. Swedish authorities may not gain access to the same without consent of the Director. Such consent may, however, be deemed to have been given in the event of an outbreak of fire or some other severe accident necessitating immediate measures.
3. The Swedish authorities concerned shall take appropriate measures for the safety and protection of the premises and the personnel of the Secretariat.
4. The archives of the Secretariat, in common with all other documents, manuscripts, information for computer storage and retrieval, recordings, photographs and films belonging to or held by the Secretariat, shall be inviolable.
5. The Swedish authorities concerned shall take appropriate measures to ensure that the Secretariat obtains access to necessary public services and that these services are provided on reasonable terms. With regard to telephone, radio/telegraph, telefax and postal services the Secretariat shall enjoy the same privileges as are usually accorded to diplomatic missions.
