Premises Documents. Mortgagor shall (a) do all things reasonably necessary to cause the due compliance and faithful performance by the other parties to the Premises Documents with and of all obligations and agreements by such other parties to be complied with and performed thereunder, except for any continuing failure of the Premises to comply with the Premises Documents of the date of the acquisition hereof from Mortgagee or its affiliate, and (b) deliver promptly to Mortgagee copies of any notices which it gives or receives under any of the Premises Documents.

Premises Documents. A copy, certified to be true and complete, of the Premises Documents, together with estoppel certificates with respect thereto from each of the parties thereto and, if available, current financial statements of such parties;
Premises Documents. To the extent not previously delivered to Administrative Agent, a copy, certified to be true and complete, of each Premises Document;

A copy, certified to be true and complete, of the REA and other Premises Documents, together with estoppel certificates with respect thereto from each of the Anchors (provided that, to the extent such estoppels are not received before the Closing Date, receipt thereof shall not be a condition to the Initial Advance, but Borrower shall continue to make commercially reasonable efforts after the Initial Advance to obtain such estoppels) and, if in Borrower’s possession, current financial statements of such parties (to the extent requested by Administrative Agent);
