Premises – Modification. The Premises will include any required Stormwater and/or AFFF basins, and the parties agree to adjust the boundaries of the Premises to include these basins, if necessary.
Premises – Modification. In the event that the Premises necessitates repairs or maintenance, Host shall give Provider at least fourteen (14) days written notice to remove all or a portion of the Project for a reasonable period of time, not to exceed thirty
