PREMISES RENTED. The premises rented is the entire structure known as and has rent paying bedrooms. AMOUNT AND PAYMENT OF RENT: The lease is 12 months long. Tenants agree to pay the 12 months equivalent of rent in 11 equal payments, starting on the first month of the lease, and ending one month prior to the completion of the lease. The 12-month individual apportioned monthly rent for each person is $ (A) per person, but will be paid in 11 payments of $ (B) per person. As such, no payment is due for the 12th month of the lease. There are no prepayment limits or penalties, and Tenants may choose to pay the semester, or the whole year in advance if they so desire.
