PREMIUM AND OTHER PAYMENTS. 5.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you must pay all premium, fees, charges, our reasonable out of pocket expenses and any other sums to which we are entitled to be paid in respect of the provision of the Services, including any taxes payable on any of the foregoing, before the inception of your insurance policy. 5.2 We will advise you if insurers have imposed a premium payment warranty or condition which may give the insurer the right to cancel your insurance policy if you fail to pay within the time specified. Please contact us immediately if you are unable to comply with a premium payment warranty or condition.
