Common use of Premium Payment Options Clause in Contracts

Premium Payment Options. If you choose to pay the premium other than annually, then: (a) you must pay by direct debit using the Deduction Authority we require, and (b) this policy is for the initial period of insurance stating on the ‘From’ date and ending on the ‘To’ date stated in the schedule. The policy will be renewed for further monthly or quarterly periods of insurance (as indicated in the schedule) by payment of each premium due under the Deduction Authority.
