Common use of Premiums and Proceeds Clause in Contracts

Premiums and Proceeds. Tenant shall not keep, use, sell or offer for sale in or upon the Premises any article which may be prohibited by any, condition, provision, or limitation of the property, flood or wind insurance policies. Tenant shall be responsible for all premiums, including, but not limited to, increases, for property, flood and wind insurance policies. Tenant agrees that all property, flood and windstorm insurance proceeds shall be made available for use to promptly replace, repair or rebuild the building, betterments and improvements, including, but not limited to, those made by or on behalf of Tenant.
