Common use of Preneed Agreements Clause in Contracts

Preneed Agreements. A copy of each Preneed Agreement being sold hereunder will be located on-site at each location, will be contained in one or more electronic files delivered to the Buyer at Closing or will be provided to the Buyer pursuant to the Data Conversion Agreement described in Section 5.33.
