Prepaid Rent. No Rent shall be paid more than thirty (30) days prior to the due dates thereof and, as to a first Mortgagee of record and any other Mortgagees of whom Tenant has been given written notice, payments made in violation of this provision shall (except to the extent that such Rent is actually received by such Mortgagee) be a nullity as against such Mortgagee and Tenant shall be liable for the amount of such payments to such Mortgagee.
