Prepaid Rents and Security and Other Deposits. Prepaid rents and security and other tenant deposits (including but not limited to pet deposits and key deposits), if any, under assigned leases shall be paid to Purchaser by Seller (or credited against the Purchase Price) at Closing. Purchaser shall assume full liability therefor and shall indemnify and hold Seller harmless with respect to all such deposits.
