The Company agrees to prepare and file promptly with the Commission, upon request of the Representative, such amendments or supplements to the Registration Statement or Final Prospectus, in form satisfactory to counsel to the Company, as may be necessary, in the opinion of counsel to the Representative and of counsel to the Company; and it shall use its best efforts to cause the same to become effective as promptly as possible.
