Preparation of Feedstock. WCC shall use commercially reasonable efforts to prepare and process Feedstock so that it meets the specifications of Feedstock in accordance with Exhibit A (the “Specifications”). Fulcrum shall be responsible for all other preparation and processing of the Feedstock at the Facility in connection with the production of ethanol and/or other bioproducts.
