Preparation of Interest Restriction Returns. (i) Subject to Section 2.6(b)(v), The Parties agree that Technip UK Limited is and shall remain the reporting company for the purposes of Schedule 7A TIOPA in respect of members of the TEN Group and the TFMC Group for the purposes of Part 10 of TIOPA, for all Pre-Distribution Periods and for the Straddle Period.
