Preparation of Manuals. The TNRCC agrees to implement compliance procedures as described in Chapter 6 of the Program Description in the application for delegation. These procedures shall also be contained in a Compliance Procedures Manual (CPM) and enforcement procedures will be contained in the Enforcement Guidelines (EG). The CPM will be review and approved by EPA annually.
