Preparation of Premises; Acceptance. The rights and obligations of the parties regarding the construction of the Premises before the commencement of the Lease Term are stated in the Tenant Improvement Agreement attached to this Lease as Exhibit C. If this Lease conflicts with the Tenant Improvement Agreement, the Tenant Improvement Agreement shall prevail.
