Preparation of Premises for Occupancy; Acceptance of Premises. StadCo agrees to accept possession of the Premises in the condition existing on the Term Commencement Date. The Authority hereby agrees to deliver exclusive possession of the Premises to StadCo on the Term Commencement Date.
