Preparation of Reports to be Filed with the Commission. The Servicer shall prepare or cause to be prepared any reports required to be filed by the Issuer under the securities laws, including without limitation, if so required, each Quarterly Servicer’s Certificate described in Section 3.04, the Officer’s Certificate of annual compliance described in Section 3.05, the Annual Accountant’s Report described in Section 3.06, and any certification required by Section 302 of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 and Item 601 of Regulation S-K under the Exchange Act.
